Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

At this point in time our shop is setup for shipping to the US and Canada only. We would love to ship our items world wide but need to do a little more research on affordable international shipping rates. If you are outside of the US and Canada, please contact us with your address so that we can quote you the shipping rate prior to purchasing.

We are not responsible for any customs fees that may occur for any reason with international orders.

Do you make custom items?

Absolutely! If you see an item that you love but would like in a different color, or made into something different such as a key chain, necklace, earrings, etc., just contact us!

Please note that all custom items are handmade so there may be slight differences in each item.

How do I care for my item?

The number one thing we like to stress is that although our items are adorable 🙂 , they are not meant to be toys for children. Some of our items have small charms and/or beads that may pose a choking hazard for small children. Although polymer is non-toxic, we wouldn’t want your adorable baby chewing on one of our donut charms 🙁 . When it comes to our bows, we use a strong bond adhesive to attach our bottle caps and alligator clips to the bows, however no adhesive is strong enough when curious little hands grab hold of the bows and begin pulling with all their might.

Polymer Charms – Polymer is very durable however, it can be scratched, cracked, or broken if not taken care of. If you have one of our charm keychains, be mindful of not slamming, throwing or dropping your keys on hard surfaces. And lastly, although polymer is non-toxic and our charms look delicious, please keep them out of your mouth! 🙂

Bows – If your bow happens to get dirty, please don’t toss it in the laundry 🙁 . Our bows can be gently washed with some water, soap, and a toothbrush. If the bottle cap comes off for some reason, just dab a little glue to the bow and reattach.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All items marked “Ready to Ship” are shipped within 3 business days of payment. All other handmade items and custom items may take up to two weeks to ship. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Priority Shipping, Tracking, and Insurance can be added for an additional fee by adding the desired shipping upgrade to your cart.

Items purchased via Paypal will ship only to the confirmed address listed with Paypal. Please be sure the correct address is listed and confirmed prior to making payments. We are not responsible for items once they have shipped if you have provided the incorrect address.

Shipping fees do not only cover postage, it also covers packaging materials, and labor.

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

What is this store’s return and exchange policy?

Due to the nature of these items, all sales are final. We take great care in packaging each order so that it can arrive to you safely, however once the package is handed over to the post office, it is literally out of our hands. If your package is damaged in transit, please follow up with your local post office. If you received your package safely and feel your item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of having received the item so we can figure out what happened.
